Custom Design Process
Each step in our bespoke process ensures your unique piece is crafted with unparalleled dedication. Custom creations start at a minimum investment of $500, reflecting our commitment to excellence in every detail.
Step 01
Submit a Custom Order Request
To get started, first create a profile on our website and submit a custom order request using the form provided. Or, you can book a complimentary consultation through our Calendly link. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your vision and guide you through the next steps.
Step 02
Starting The Process
After the initial complimentary appointment, a $250 non-refundable service fee is required within 48 hours to secure your place in our design schedule. This fee does not go toward the final cost of your piece but covers essential design services such as sketching, renderings, stone sourcing, and 3D printing to bring your vision to life before production.
Step 03
Sketches & Renderings
We create detailed sketches and digital renderings of your design. These visual representations help you see how your ideas translate into a tangible piece.
Step 04
Quote & Proceed
After you approve the sketches and renderings, we will create an estimated quote based on your input. Once the design and quote are approved, a partial payment is required to proceed with the creation of your piece.
Step 05
Gemstone Sourcing
We source the perfect GIA-certified gemstones for your piece, ensuring top quality and beauty. You’ll choose from a selection of stunning stones that match your vision or you may submit your own.
Step 06
Creation (4-8 Weeks)
Our skilled artisans meticulously craft your design over the course of a few weeks to months, ensuring every detail is perfect. Please note, time lines vary depending on the scope of the design.
Step 07
Final Payment
Once your design is completed, we proceed with sending you high-definition photos and videos for approval. This step confirms your order and the final invoice will be sent to you before shipment. Please note, depending on the scope of your order invoices may be sent throughout the design and production process.
Step 08
Shipment
Once all invoices are paid your finished piece is shipped securely via UPS (domestic) or DHL (international), ensuring it arrives safely and promptly. Please note, the shipping fee may be included in your final invoice or sent separately.

Old Jewelry Restoration
If you have old jewelry made of precious metals that you no longer wear or use, we can
melt it down and apply its value as credit towards your new piece. The metal’s appraised
value will be adjusted in your final invoice.
Loose Gemstones Incorporation
Have loose gemstones you want to use? We can incorporate them into your custom design.
If you have jewelry you no longer wear, we can remove the stones and use them in a new
piece, refunding the metal value to your final invoice.
Resin Design Prototype
Our prototype service allows you to see and try on your design with a non-castable resin sample. While the resin color may vary and stones are not set into the design, we can provide loose stones as an additional visual aid to help you envision the final piece.
Complimentary Sizing Service
Enjoy our complimentary sizing service with each custom order, ensuring you have complete
sizing information whether you visit us in person or remotely.
Comprehensive Sizing Kit
For remote clients, we provide a convenient sizing kit with tools for measuring fingers, wrist, ears, and more. This kit is accompanied by virtual guidance to ensure accurate measurements. In-person clients will be measured by our trained staff.
Effortless Customer Profile
Creating an account with us allows us to save your sizing details in a customer profile. This profile makes it effortless to reference for future custom orders, general purchases, and for sharing with loved ones and friends, simplifying gift-giving.
Note: For remote clients, there is a fee for the sizing kit if not returned in perfect condition, including non-refundable shipping
costs. However, if the kit is returned in perfect condition, we refund the cost of the kit.
Add-on Service
Try Before You Buy

visual clarity or who are unable to visit in person. This service allows you to trial your design, ensuring it
meets your expectations before finalizing your order.

What Is Mock Jewelry?
Mock jewelry is a replica of your desired design, meticulously crafted with exact specifications similar to your final piece. Made from silver to simulate white gold or gold-plated to mimic yellow or rose gold. Each mock piece features cubic zirconia stones matching your chosen design in size, shape, cut, and setting style.
How To Order Mock Jewelry?
Start by creating a profile on our website and submitting a custom order request, or schedule a complimentary consultation. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your design preferences and guide you through the process. Once your request is confirmed, we’ll create sketches for your approval before crafting the sample piece.
Pricing And Credits
Mock jewelry is priced starting at $200, with 50% of the cost credited toward your final invoice if you choose to move forward with that design and successfully return the mock piece to us. Please note, our $250 design service fee is still required to start any custom design.
Note: Mock jewelry can be a great option for creating a duplicate of your fine jewelry pieces, allowing you to wear them confidently during vacations or in any situation without the worry of loss. If you choose to keep your duplicate jewelry design you will not be refunded the 50% as discussed above.
