If purchasing from our “ready to ship” category your order will ship within 48 hours. Purchased made from our other categories are made to order. Once your order is placed, we will begin producing your piece immediately.

Typical production timing is between 1 and 4 weeks. All of our jewelry is handmade to order, and each piece has its own production timeline. If you have placed a custom order, the lead time will be discussed during the customization process. Pre-made in-stock items ship within 72 hours. 

For all non-custom orders, we ship USPS flat rate with tracking details sent to the email address on file. 

For custom orders, once your piece is complete we will promptly notify you via email, allowing us to coordinate the optimal shipping schedule that aligns with your preferences. Given the exceptional value of our creations, a signature may be required upon delivery. To safeguard your purchase, we employ UPS insured shipping, typically with a 2-day delivery window. It is important to note that to maintain the integrity of your shipment, we do not dispatch packages over the weekend due to insurance considerations. To accommodate your schedule, we offer the option of having your package securely held at a nearby UPS facility for convenient pickup, requiring only a valid photo ID for verification. We are dedicated to ensuring that your experience with us is characterized by professionalism, reliability, and tailored service, every step of the way.

For our international clientele, we offer shipping services through DHL. Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of your order and the destination country. Deliveries typically arrive within 3-7 business days, contingent upon the customs regulations of your receiving country. While we strive to expedite every shipment, occasional delays beyond our control may arise. Therefore, if time sensitivity is paramount, we recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance to mitigate any potential shipping disruptions.

Importantly, please note that international import fees, including taxes, are the responsibility of the client and are assessed upon customs clearance. The exact amount of import tax may vary depending on your location. At Human Design Hawaii, every jewelry piece is intricately crafted to order, offering a personalized experience that aligns with your unique preferences.

Due to the nature of our creations, we do NOT facilitate refunds or returns.

However, our paramount goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction, and we are dedicated to addressing any issues you may encounter.

For website orders excluding any custom orders, should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we extend the option to send your jewelry back within 7 days of the delivery date noted on your tracking number, in exchange for store credit.

To begin the process of sending an item back for store credit, kindly reach out to us via email, providing essential details such as:

In the subject of the email, provide the order number. If you do not have the order number, please provide the last four digits of the card used and the date of purchase. If you don’t have that information, please provide the full name on the order.

In the body of the email, provide the full name and email address of who is receiving the store credit.

Upon verification of your order information, we will email you with a return shipping label, with the associated cost deducted from your store credit amount. 

Upon receipt of the item(s), our quality team will meticulously inspect it for any signs of wear and tear. If the item is found to be unworn, we will promptly issue the corresponding store credit. However, please note that excessive wear, beyond mere try-on purposes, may invalidate the store credit. In such instances, the original piece will be returned to you, and you will be invoiced for the return shipping label.
